Returns 
If for some reason, you are not completely delighted with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your jewelry to make an exchange or receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Custom designs, or my designs that were altered per your request (lengthening or shortening, color changes, or other design alterations) are final sales and non-refundable or eligible for an exchange.

Deposits for custom designs are non-refundable. All custom designs are photographed and sent to you for your approval prior to shipping, if something needs to be adjusted once you receive it, I'll be happy to re-work it to your satisfaction.

Layaway deposits are not refundable, since the piece is removed from my website, and is considered "sold" once a deposit is made. Layaway pieces are final sales and are not returnable. Terms are 90 days, unless otherwise specified.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Shipping 
To return your product, please contact me via email for the returns address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Artisan jewelry is created with utmost care, and is delicate, so it does require special care.  To prevent breakage and scratching of your pearls and gemstones, please keep each piece of jewelry in its individual box when not worn.  A ziplock jewelry bag can also be used, which will help prevent tarnishing of metal.  Please do not sleep, bathe or swim while wearing your jewelry.  If you wear perfumes, lotions or use hairsprays, please apply these first, then put on your jewelry.  Gemstones and pearls will absorb these products, and can damage them.  To clean your jewelry, a soft cloth is recommended, to gently wipe the stones.  Please do not dip your jewelry in jewelry cleaner, as some stones cannot come in contact with the liquid, and will be permanently damaged.

All "ready to ship" items are shipped within 2-3 days of received payment.  Custom orders and made to order pieces require more time.  Please contact me for time frames prior to purchase.  All orders will include tracking. 

International orders can take 10-21 days to receive. All packages come with tracking, but insurance is additional. Please contact me if you wish to purchase insurance.  Buyers are responsible for all import taxes and customs duties.

Custom designs are limited either to repeats of my designs or designs utilizing gemstones and materials that are in my current inventory. Please note that most of my designs are one of a kind, and due to the individual nature of natural gemstones, even "repeats" of designs will vary slightly. This is what makes hand crafted jewelry unique and special.

Custom orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase.  Since custom orders are specific to the client, they are not returnable, but your satisfaction is my priority.
